These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and regol33 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at regol33.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the regol33 platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Your continued access to or use of regol33 constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

regol33 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We do not hold, and do not claim to hold, any licence issued by a Malaysian government authority. Malaysian players participate at their own discretion in accordance with applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by you on the regol33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you into your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for the purpose of wagering.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the regol33 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services and products.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any conduct identified in Clause 9 of this Agreement.
• "MYR" and "RM" both refer to Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency of Account transactions on regol33.

To register and maintain an Account on regol33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. regol33 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy across all products and services. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the applicable local legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
2. You must be registering as an individual person using your own true legal identity. Corporate, institutional, or representative registrations are not permitted.
3. You must not already hold an existing Account on regol33. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or account restriction order issued by regol33 or any partner responsible gambling programme.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of regol33 or any of its affiliated service providers.
6. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction of residence. It is your responsibility to verify this before registering.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

regol33 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. The following documentation may be required:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet or bank account)
• Any additional documentation requested by our compliance team at our sole discretion

regol33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of your Account's lifecycle, not solely at the point of first withdrawal. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension.

All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for verification are stored securely and used solely for identity and age verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity carried out under your Account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

regol33 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. You should treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to our support team.

regol33 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions and transactions. However, regol33 cannot be held liable for unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your own credentials or device.

All Account transactions on regol33 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's instant transfer system) — credited instantly
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks — processed within 5 to 15 minutes
• Touch 'n Go eWallet — credited instantly
• Boost eWallet — credited instantly
• GrabPay — credited instantly
• BTC and USDT — available for eligible account types (Platinum and Diamond tiers)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum daily deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. regol33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same Account
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable; only Real Money Funds and winnings derived from eligible play may be withdrawn
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for verified members during normal operating hours
• regol33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification checks at its sole discretion

regol33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions applicable to that offer in addition to this Agreement. The following general principles apply to all promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically between ×10 and ×20, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
• Maximum Stake During Bonus Play: When Bonus Funds are active, the maximum bet per spin or wager is typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500. Exceeding this cap may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonus balances expire after the period stated in the promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap, as stated in the relevant promotion. Typical cap is MYR 2,880 unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Abuse: regol33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, collusion, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonuses and associated winnings will be voided.

regol33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for promotions that are altered or discontinued.

All betting and gaming activity on regol33 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that game or market.

With respect to sports betting:

• Markets are offered on domestic and international fixtures including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UFC, NBA, and others
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Placed bets are settled at the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed
• regol33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market opening, or technical system failure
• In-play bets are accepted at regol33's discretion and may be suspended at any time

With respect to casino and slot games:

• All games are certified for random outcome integrity by independent third-party testing laboratories
• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session returns
• Technical malfunction voids all plays and pays for the affected round

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the regol33 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account on regol33, whether under the same or different identity
2. Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or age documentation during the KYC process
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic assistance to interact with the Platform
4. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sporting market
5. Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of sports integrity violation
6. Laundering money or using the Platform for any transaction connected to criminal activity
7. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an undue financial advantage
8. Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, systems, or infrastructure
9. Accessing the Platform if you have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned by regol33
10. Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or using a payment method belonging to another individual

regol33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that trigger an alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may suspend their Account for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which all access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request indefinite self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

regol33 strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement across all products. KYC age verification is mandatory, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds held pending identity verification and legal review.

All content on the regol33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface designs, and underlying code — is the property of regol33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from regol33
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tool on any part of the Platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, regol33 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own decisions to wager
• Technical failures, system downtime, or connectivity issues beyond regol33's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Reliance on any information published on the Platform, including RTP figures, odds, or promotional materials

Where regol33's liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

regol33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

regol33 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account with withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds balance.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. regol33 recommends reviewing this page each time you access the Platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which regol33 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licencing authority's dispute resolution process.

regol33 does not operate under Malaysian law and does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority. Malaysian players acknowledge that accessing this Platform is a personal decision made at their own discretion and risk, subject to their own understanding of applicable local legislation.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
