This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is issued by regol33 (referred to herein as "regol33", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at regol33.cam. This Policy applies to all persons (the "Player", "User", or "you") who access or use the Platform, including players located in Malaysia and other jurisdictions.

regol33 retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required by our licencing obligations and applicable regulations. The following indicative retention periods apply:

• Account Registration Data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a period of five years following permanent Account closure, to satisfy anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
• KYC Identity Documents: Retained for the minimum period mandated by our international licencing conditions, typically five years from the date of submission, after which documents are securely deleted.
• Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction, consistent with financial record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming Activity Records: Retained for five years from the date of activity for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
